As chair of the Technology Association of Georgia CRM & CX Society - I help coordinate and moderate quarterly events for Atlanta across a broad range of customer topics.
One of our favorite this year was a round table world cafe style workshop over dinner. We partnered with the Association of Change Management professionals to solve problems with our community SMEs on Customer, Experience and Change Management.
Each of our 10 tables had both a CX or EX/Change SME. And, the tables covered five core topic questions facing our areas of practices. After dinner over a keynote, we cycled the tables, helping folks both network and discuss new themes. By the end of the event each table had developed a solution to each question. A follow on white paper summarizing the event is in the works!
